All of our rooms feature private baths, hair dryers, wireless Internet, ceiling fans and
   televisions. Rooms include a full breakfast and afternoon refreshments

Annie Patton suite - Second floor suite with spacious bedroom
containing a queen bed and a small sitting room with Mission
Oak furniture. Bath includes a lake tub with shower. Named for
Annie Patton who owned the house and donated land that would
be used to build Patton Memorial Hospital in 1913.

Country French suite- A large second floor suite with a Queen bed.
Siting room includes a queen sleeper sofa. Bath features a whirlpool tub with hand shower
Furnishings are turn of the 20th century French Oak. Two working fireplaces.

Dogwood room- Cozy second floor room featuring a working fireplace and
a corner whirlpool tub with a hand shower. Furnished in Walnut Eastlake style with a Queen bed.
Named for it's View of a lovely cluster of Dogwood trees.

Rates : All Rates are based on double occupancy. There will be a $25.00 charge for each additional guest staying in a room.
Roll away beds are available upon request for Caroline's, Annie Patton and Country French. A deposit of 50% of the total stay is
required with each reservation. For a single nights stay the deposit will be the full price of the room for one night.

Cancellations : Killarney has a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice will result in forfeiture of
deposit unless the room is re-booked, in which case the deposit will be returned minus a $25.00 service fee. If the room is
re-booked The deposit can be used toward a future stay without the $25.00 service fee. The shortening of multiple night stay with
less than 7 days notice falls under this policy. If notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the reservation date, the
deposit will be refunded in full.
